RESERVATION FEE: You will be required to pay the following Reservation Fees:

Upon making your reservation you will be required to pay a Reservation Fee equal to Fifty Percent (50%) of the total due for your stay. Two weeks prior to your scheduled date of stay you will be required to pay a Reservation Fee equal to the remaining total due for your stay.

CANCELATION POLICY: Cancellations made forty-five (45) days prior to your date of stay will result in a Twenty Dollar ($20.00) per person handling charge. Cancellations made after forty-five (45) days will result in the forfeiture of all Reservation Fees paid to the date of cancellation.
